Draft Update
Are Tim Couch and Ricky Williams the only impact rookies in this years fantasy draft? Or will they even make an impact? By now you all know that Tim Couch was the #1 pick of The Cleveland Browns in the NFL draft. Hallelujah, The Browns are back. Obviously Couch won't be a factor in our fantasy draft as he will probably just back up Ty Detmer this year. Looks like Mr. Ditka got his wish, Ricky Williams in a Saints uniform. Hell by 1 p.m. draft day, Iron Mike was probably out hitting golf balls. His draft day was complete. But Williams A Saint? Now that makes things interesting doesn't it. Historically Saint players have not rated to highly on GFL draft boards, And rightfully so. A rookie Saint is even more of gamble. However, He will start, and with his talent he's definitly an interesting prospect. How low will he go. That is the question. And what about Edgerrin James. That should prove interesting on draft day.
